The Gregg Ranch Homeowners Association sends out important community information such as meeting dates, community reminders, and more on occasion through an eNewsletter. Please visit the Signup for Enewsletter on the home page of the website to get registered.

Gregg Ranch Association dues are $210 a Quarter (January, April, July, October). The assessments are due on the 1st of the month and considered late on the 2nd. Payments can be made online or by check sent in the mail. For the mailing address and the online payment portal, see the HOA tab option "Pay Assessments".

The Rules and Regulations can be found in the Community Manual starting on page 109.

Phase 1 amenities includes a Mrs. Gregg's park, horseshoes at the park, horseshoes and a bocce ball court near the mailboxes, and trails extending into phase 2. The amenities in progress or upcoming include the soccer field, the pool, and onsite management.

Trash will be picked up every Thursday and recycling will be picked up every other Thursday.

*Waste Management is the pickup service.

The management team visits the community to inspect all builder, home owner and HOA lots for violations and or HOA lot repairs every other week. We appreciate your assistance and photos of any repairs or items that may need to addressed. You can reach the HOA team at the contact us tab on the website or you can submit a ticket with photos under the HOA tab at submit a ticket.

 

 

 

To report a repair in the community such as a sprinkler leak, a broken fence or leaning tree, please submit a ticket which can be found under the HOA tab. The ticket will be sent to the community manager where they can contact the correct individual to complete the repair.
