Pay Assessments

Gregg Ranch Assessment Information
 
Here at Gregg Ranch, assessments are due on a quarterly basis every January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.
The quarterly assessment amount is $255. Late fees are assessed on the 2nd of the month if payment is not received.
 
At closing, a portion of your costs go toward your prorated assessment that will cover just the remainder of the year. If you have any questions regarding your account or amount due, please contact your Community Manager or CCMC’s Customer Service Support Team at 1-833-301-4538. *Note: In the state of Texas, neither mortgage payments nor escrow cover Association assessment payments. This payment will need to be made separately. For payments, you will need your account number, association ID, and management ID.

CCMC mails out paper statements to the most recent billing address we have on file the month prior to the assessment due date. Please be sure to contact your Community Manager if you have a change in address so that your account can be kept current. CCMC also offers the option to sign up for eStatements, in which a copy of your statement will be emailed to the email address you provide instead of sending a paper copy via USPS. Below are the various options CCMC offers to pay your assessment. Whichever method you choose, be sure you include your six-digit account number to ensure the proper application of your payment. Your account number can be found printed on your assessment statement, and if you have any questions, you can contact the CCMC team at tperry@ccmcnet.com 

 

 

 

While all of the previous payment options you used are still available to you, with CCMC's brand new resident portal, you can set up single sign-on (SSO) with Western Alliance Bank (also known as Alliance Association Bank or AAB) to make payments, view your account balance, and access community information all in one place!
 
After activating SSO, you can set up all of these payment types directly from the portal:

• Recurring ACH Payments
• One-time and recurring electronic check payments
• One-time and recurring credit/debit card payments

Alliance Association Bank charges a $2.95 fee per transaction for the use of a one-time eCheck payment. The bank charges a $5.00 flat processing fee per debit card transaction and a 3.5% per credit card transaction. 
 
CCMC and AAB are not related companies. Even though single sign-on will allow you to make payments through AAB from the Gregg Ranch  resident portal, to comply with privacy laws, we do not share personal information, nor does CCMC have access to your recurring payment profile.
