We are so glad you’re here! Gregg Ranch is a great community and we are looking forward to having your family here. First things first, here are some important things for you to know:
- Assessments. Gregg Ranch is a Community Association, which means that each lot owner is responsible for paying assessments to fund the maintenance and operations of the Association. Please review the assessment information below for more information on assessments and payment options available.
- FAQ’s. Moving into a new community, especially a Community Association can come with lots of questions and uncertainties. But don’t worry! You can check out the FAQ’s tab under the HOA section on the Gregg Ranch Association website to see if your questions can be answered there. If you have additional questions not listed on the FAQ, you are welcome to contact the Management Company for assistance using the Contact Us tab.
- Architectural Request. For home improvements to the exterior of your home and your lot, you must submit an application to the HOA. The application will need to your plot map attached to show where the modification will be taking place. Click here to access the Application.
Additionally, we want to make sure you are connected to the Gregg Ranch Homeowners Association!

Gregg Ranch Assessment Information
Here at Gregg Ranch, assessments are due on the first of every month.
The quarterly assessment amount is $210.
At closing, a portion of your costs go toward your prorated assessment that will cover just the prorated quarter and the next quarter. If you have any questions regarding your account or amount due, please contact your Community Manager. *Note: In the state of Texas, neither mortgage payments nor escrow cover Association assessment payments. This payment will need to be made separately.
CCMC mails out paper statements to the most recent billing address we have on file the month prior to the assessment due date. Please be sure to contact your Community Manager if you have a change in address so that your account can be kept current. CCMC also offers the option to sign up for eStatements, in which a copy of your statement will be emailed to the email address you provide instead of sending a paper copy via USPS. If you would like to register to receive eStatements, please visit the following website:
